What is HuntPay?

HuntPay is a secure payment and invoicing platform built specifically for outfitters, guides, and landowners. It helps you collect deposits, full payments, and manage bookings all in one place.

How do I get started?
  • Sign up at app.huntpay.com
  • Set up your hunt packages, deposits, and cancellation policies
  • Add open dates
  • Connect your bank account via Stripe
  • Start sending payment links or invoices to customers

How do clients pay me?

Clients receive a secure payment link and can pay with any major debit or credit card. You’ll be notified once payment is received.

When do I get paid?

Once your Stripe account is verified, payouts are automatically deposited based on your preferred schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Most payments arrive in your account within 2-3 business days.

Can I send invoices manually?

Absolutely. You can create and send invoices from your HuntPay dashboard in seconds. Add client info, hunt details, due amounts, and click Send.

How do I share my booking/payment link?

You’ll receive a unique link you can post on:

  • Your website
  • Social media
  • Email or text
Is HuntPay secure?

Yes. A small processing fee is deducted from each transaction (similar to credit card fees). There is also a monthly subscription fee depending on which level and features you choose.
